  2. I mentioned this previously, offhandedly, in another thread but as I am seeing this condition persist and become more frequent, I thought to maybe start a thread on it to help raise awareness and possibly get it fixed.

    To restate, I am noticing that not all notifications are displaying, or even notifying me through the notifications alert system.  I have reactions set to be marked by notification and yet a reaction that was just issued does not show up there. However, if I go to my profile, I can see that the reaction was registered there within the Activity tab. The missing reactions in question were issued and never logged by the Notifications function so it shouldn't be a cache issue.

    My apologies. It may be a browser issue. With regard to uploads, FF seems to be okay, whereas Chrome, not so much. The last few updates to Chrome have not been good...

  4. I am receiving reports from members that the ability to upload attachments is sporadic, regardless of file type.

    I noticed yesterday that the software seems a bit sluggish as well. It is not very responsive the first time you interact with it, takes a few before it will respond to an interaction. Once you have opened a connection it seems fine but does experience slogs in the experience.

  5. I have been trying to view the Thread Analytics and Statistics function for awhile now. There was a time when the data would populate but at some point they all stopped processing data and now they all show nothing but a dead line. I have looked around the ACP to see if there is a setting for it. If there is, I couldn't find one. Anyways, if anyone can help out here with how to get it to populate, I would be most appreciative.

    Okay, great. I will give it a few then. If I don't hear back within a period of time, I will begin to work the .mozjpeg route.

    Apparently so. I just tried uploading a .jpg file and it seems to have worked. 

    I need the .webp to work though, file format in .jpg would be way too large for what I am doing. 

    Conversely, if the fix is going to be something that is going to take hours, days or weeks, though a pain in the ass to convert, I can work with .mozjpeg files.

    Thanks Marc. During my attempts this morning, the sizes ranged anywhere from 47kB to 120kB and are .webp files.

    Well... just tried again and it seems to be working now(?).

     

     

    Edit again: nope still not working...

    also, where can I find the product key? I couldn't find it in my email or in the invisioncommunity dashboard (I can see all my orders, the original purchase and all the renews, but it doesn't show a product key)
