    Hey everyone! As the title states, I am trying to find a way to hide IPs from my moderators however, I cannot seem to find the way to do that. I've tried a few limitations that I assumed were right but I could 100% be missing this. Any help is appreciated 😃

    Hey there! I had sent in a request to potentially convert to cloud as I got an offer. I mentioned migrating what I have and possibly getting an affordable price on another component. I am unsure if my email was received. Can anyone confirm receipt?

    I LOVE THE ANALOGY! This is the crossover that I need to understand more and attempt to make it seamless. No pushy behaviors but rather, incentivize users to join. For my needs (I am a gaming geared group as well), I have a lot more opportunities to enhance a users experience with a website than I do with Discord. Discord is great and I have bots in place to offer moderating behaviors and other suites of items however, there are things missing and things that well... like you said, aren't mom and dad's.

    Thanks for the feedback Gazza. Out of curiosity, what does your website fulfill in comparison to Discord? How do you merge the two to make them a more seamless experience versus two disconnected applications? If you are using forums for your website, how active are they in comparison to your discord?

    I like the idea of redirecting to the forum for announcements. That incentivizes forums. I agree with you on the subject of good content getting lost. Its why I am making the website in the first place. I want a reference-able area where users can find important content along with have meaningful discussions. Plus, there are a lot of other features that Invision offers that is substantial to my future growth plans. Appreciate the link too 🙂

    Ah rats. I just have found that the majority of my audience uses Discord. Struggling to find the best ways to migrate that population to a website. Any suggestions? With the latest addition of forums to Discord, its become a challenge to draw people to some of what a website offers and hope that they check it as regularly as they do Discord ya know?

    With trying to compete with items such as Discord, it is become apparent that users tend to use apps provided via the App Store to check things versus using Safari. Push notifications on iOS mobile suite aren't out officially yet which means users aren't being enticed to check websites where as Discord has push notifications. Trying to figure out ways to entice registrations in the future and I feel that a mobile app would yield significant benefits for my future community. Thoughts?

    As the title states, I am trying to modify my administrator role to have restrictions to certain items in the ACP however, receive the error listed above. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am struggling here .

    Hey, the issue is still persistent in another browser and with 3rd party apps disabled. It's so strange. I can see it on a few pages so far and it seems to only impact the ACP.

    I have a self hosted plan that is up for renew that I intend to renew however, I wanted to align it with a different domain name. Is this possible to do before renewing?

    As the title states, I am interested in offering my clients web hosting solution packages. I was wondering if I could manage their cpanel information along with a monthly hosting subscription through the commerce application in Invision. Is that something I can do out of the box or would I need an additional plugin?

    That’s what I was thinking. I have no idea how their backend hosting works but I can’t imagine it being hard to redeploy an instance they were hosting my site on. My fear is reconfiguring what I did so far. as for account age, first month in for this site. Wanted the support factor of Invision. That was the selling point.

    So I had an Invision domain but when I submitted a ticket to use my official domain, my Invision domain was removed and only my domain was an access point for me. The 14 day trial isn’t feasible for my needs as the content I had been working on involved marketplace plugins. I wish there was a backup access point for me but unfortunately, support said I’d be offline until my domain was deployed.
