  1. I’ve communicated with Namecheap support and I’ve provided the Nameservers from Invision and they confirm they were entered correctly. I wish it was Namecheap. I’d feel better about the situation in that case. I have a self hosted plan with another domain and honestly, this is pushing me to consider self hosting with this site. Problem is: I don’t want to spend 650 up front at the moment. I understood that escalations can take some time but a week for an offline site is insane. If I was actually able to use my monthly service while the domain was being investigated, I’d feel slightly better. I can’t even develop my vision for this site. 😅
  2. Thanks for the information. The site is actually being hosted by Invision themselves via their cloud package. I've pointed their nameservers listed in their help guide located below. Staff indicated my issue is unique and required manager escalation. Its been a week now with no update other than its waiting manager attention. My domain registrar however is Namecheap though.
  3. While I understand that we’re going to work through the issue the matter still stands: management hasn’t looked at it. I spent over $100 in one sitting just getting all the plugins I felt I needed from your marketplace and I am currently just sitting on my thumbs waiting for support to look at it. An offline site should take priority especially when it comes to being a site you are responsible for hosting. I’m lost how I’m a week offline and that doesn’t seem like something relatively urgent. Especially considering you all are receiving a monthly subscription from me which includes support. I’m tagging the only management I know to this thread. This is not normal. @Matt
  4. Just wish there was more transparency. I appreciate you responding here but its hard to be left in the dark on a cloud package that should be easier for both you and I.
  5. Good afternoon, I have been working in emails for support and haven’t heard back in a few days so I wanted to post here. The last status from the staff stated management needed to be involved and it was escalated. Since January 31st I’ve been offline after changing nameservers to IPS’s servers. Are there any updates from management on this? It’s hard to be left in the dark for so long when you’re trying to build a site and a monthly customer.

  7. I may be crazy here but I remember years ago, whenever I submitted a ticket to the Invision team, I'd be able to track it through the client area under my package. Did this location change? Been trying to find it.
  8. May I suggest a guest profile to demo this stuff on versus your main profile? This could eliminate the issue you are having.

  12. Gotcha! Just trying to make suggestions to help improve it and get you more customers. I can tell you that for my site, this plugin is an integral part of my site and will be used heavily for my users. Having pages created for specific tournaments and then on the side being able to show the tournaments that fit the category I make would be great that way they can easily see what reflects the rules on that page if that makes sense 🙂

  15. I am using Veizor Neon. However, none of the icons display via the Default IPS theme either.
  16. I'm having a hard time making the social media icons show on postbit and on the profile. How do I do this? Maybe I am missing something.
  17. Gotcha. So essentially you want the clubs area to be its own unique space for a specific Twitch streamer or clan per say? How big is your audience if you don't mind me asking.

  19. Hey Jackal, Interested in purchasing this product. Quick question: Is it possible to make this work with the Tournaments add-on? For instance, if someone wants to register for a tournament, they must have a specific social sign in. Example: Lets say we are hosting an Xbox exclusive tournament. In order to register, they must have a Xbox account registered on their profile via the Social Icon. If they do, it'll showcase on their team page the Xbox Profile (gamertag) and allow them into the tournament.
  20. One shows the team page and one shows the specific match that they played in a round of the tournament. With this site, they have ladders and tournaments. Tournaments are more competitive and ladders are more laid back but still competition.
  21. Hey Jackal, Is there anyway to input data for the tournament. For instance, I want to have randomized maps be generated when teams face each other. Ex. Team 1 Vs Team 3 Map 1 - X Map 2 - X Map 3 - X Rule Information Here. I want to be able to have each bracket be able to showcase the maps at the very least if possible for the users to know which maps they are playing in that round of competition. Let me know if this is possible or if you need me to show an example 🙂

I'm currently in my research phase for a project and this plugin is crucial to the project so once I can finalize a few things on my end, you bet I will be buying this product. Members Shop is already a great one and having it integrated with this makes my life easier.
  24. That sounds like a winner idea. The logic I had when thinking of points for this is: User purchases points via the E-Commerce Platform > User utilizes those points to enter a tournament (fee to be determined by owners) > X teams enter (all paying the fee) > Winning team earns all points and receives a site compensation.
  25. I really love all these ideas. Just to confirm, we are able to charge a fee with members shop?
