The site's account on the server and CLI can use different PHP versions. Based on your post, CLI is using PHP 8.2 instead of 8.1.
 
You need to manually indicate CLI to use the 8.1 path. For example, instead of:
php script.php You might need:
/opt/alt/php81/usr/bin/php script.php The exact path depends on your server's configuration.

As expected yet another dev has abandoned it altogether. It is only becoming more and more effort, numerous different dev sites to sign up to, costlier to develop custom replacements, increased passing the buck chances.

If I like the market place on my site, will I still be able to use it? 
And will the "Providers Directory" feature be available to us (cloud and not cloud host)?

Sorry, but this is a sucky move.

It will be more incentive still to move away from Invision and will likely dissuade new users looking to easily,  cheaply and rapidly implement Invision with some customized functions.
 
Now you'll need to pay out of ear for custom development and be held in by the very limited devs experienced with this platform.
 
You'll also need to verify them yourself, somehow and you'll need accounts on countless sites to even try to facilitate those modules, coming from all different devs.

Some ideas to add to the Commerce system

1.  To add when setting up a new product the option to enter the cost price for the product and not just the actual price sold to the customer.
This way it will be possible to track the net profit and the actual income of the business by offsetting the cost of the product (maybe even adding it to the reports in the control panel, etc...)
2. To add icons to products, for example: on sale, holiday sale, deal, etc. (icon on the product image in one of the upper corners)
This will attract customers to buy more and it will be possible to highlight products in sale

If there isnt a webhook available for that item as of yet, you would need a plugin to create this. Of course if you wish to have more webhooks, please post this up within our suggestions area.  

Go to the Manage Purchases page on your site. Click the Manage button for the package you want to upgrade. Below the Product Information box you'll see an Upgrade link. Click Upgrade and a page to select the product to upgrade to will load.

You can check in ACP -> Members -> Ban Settings, these would be the only IP bans which we have in the software.

You will want to URL encode anything in an URL parameter. 

Adding the possibility to give group role when joining a club and removing it when the member leave or are kicked from the club. Adding the possibility to remove or  show/not show the overview page Change the overview / Description by a text editor, now is only text box.

If you edit any group and look on the social tab, you will see you can set whether or not a group can create clubs, and even limit to different types if needed
With regard PMs there isnt a way in which to do this at present. We do have the ability to disable the PM system coming in the next release

Did you edit your conf_global.php file to change your board path to be https and then clear the system cache in the support section of your ACP?  If not, do that.
