  1. Jim M's post in Copy to Database: Duplicate Image / Deleted Images Issue was marked as the answer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  2. Jim M's post in Courses not showing was marked as the answer
As DawPi mentioned, Courses are only available within our Cloud plans. Self-hosted and our lower Cloud plans do not receive it. As you are self-hosted, this would not be available within your license at this time.
  3. Jim M's post in Can add members to one or more clubs in bulk? was marked as the answer
Sorry, there are no means to add users to Clubs in bulk (either multiple members or clubs). This would require a customization.
  4. Jim M's post in Adding Forum to first level was marked as the answer
This is a static menu manager which can be managed by going to ACP -> System -> Menu Manager.
Can read more about it here:

  5. Jim M's post in Authy no longer working was marked as the answer
Have you tried removing and re-adding Authy to your account? I am seeing a "User not found in application" which makes me wonder if the account got disassociated between your community and Authy. If that does not work, I will need to escalate this to a ticket.
  6. Jim M's post in Need help with google adsense was marked as the answer
Yes, it is entirely possible to have Google AdSense with just a forum. We have plenty of clients running it.
You would need to read their guidelines though and ensure your community and ad placements are corresponding to their guidelines. Google is very strict and you would need to follow their guidelines exactly.
  7. Jim M's post in How to turn off the ability to add profile cover photos was marked as the answer
Sorry, as this is a bug in our software, this can only be remedied through us fixing the issue in a release. There is no work around at this time.
  8. Jim M's post in [HTTP ERROR 500] - Webpage is unable to handle this request... was marked as the answer
There is likely a template which is either being injected/inherited or a template is out of date. You will need to review your custom/outdated templates and upgrade them to be compatible with PHP 8.
  9. Jim M's post in This comment can no longer be edited was marked as the answer
Would recommend trying what Adlago mentioned, if you're an unrestricted moderator, I would also check to see if you have mod_security enabled on your server as there is a 403 error in the console when saving the editor on that post which could be related here.
  10. Jim M's post in Guests receiving "The page you are trying to access is not available to guest" error was marked as the answer
As you are on our Cloud, there is indeed guest caching so it may take a little while before guests see any changes.
Please also ensure that the parent forum/category to this "Discussion" forum is also viewable by guests.
  11. Jim M's post in Update to Version 4.7.9 Stuck. was marked as the answer
Likely an error happened during extraction on your server. I would suggest performing a manual upgrade.

  12. Jim M's post in Cannot view profile following v4.7.9 update was marked as the answer
You may wish to review your system log with a lot of different errors (50.76 GB worth) in there. As you're using ElasticSearch, I would suggest checking to ensure your connection there is fine and rebuilding the search index to see if this helps resolve the issue.
  13. Jim M's post in Calendar/Events - Page does not exist? was marked as the answer
You will want to go to ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Friendly URLs -> revert any for Calendar. Likely you had some and when we changed to Events, these were not updated.
  14. Jim M's post in Gallery Lightbox & Carousel Not Working Properly was marked as the answer
    That would be correct functionality.
I'm not quite sure what you mean. It is available on self-hosted. Hover over the photo -> Image Tools -> Add Note
  15. Jim M's post in Switch from monthly to annual ( advertisement ) was marked as the answer
If this is something that you are going to extend to all your advertisers, creating a product would be easiest then you can upgrade them or have them upgrade.
If this is a one-off, you could instruct them to add account credit as that will automatically add to each renewal.
  16. Jim M's post in I accidentally reverted the file was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, this would have completely removed your custom templates. The only way to restore it would be to restore you community to a previous backup but you would lose any content/data/etc... made after the backup was taken. As you're on Cloud, we can do this, please let us know if you would like to continue and we can move this to a ticket to proceed.
  17. Jim M's post in $15 fee to change url? was marked as the answer
I have resolved this via your accounts ticket 🙂 .
  18. Jim M's post in Restore Backup ? was marked as the answer
As you are Cloud, I have moved this to a ticket so we can discuss your options.
  19. Jim M's post in Is there a way to remove categories from blogs? was marked as the answer
There are 2 types of categories in blogs. Categories at the parent level which are admin defined and users place their blogs in and then there are also categories which the blog owner can define and place their blog entries in.
Categories which users place their entries in cannot be admin defined at this time. If you wish for this to be in the future, please add your suggestion to our Feedback forum.
  20. Jim M's post in Commerce: Custom block in manual payment method? was marked as the answer
You would need to give your administrator group the ability to post HTML in the editor by going to ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Can post HTML? You Then will see a Source button in the top left of the editor.
Please note: do not give this permission to anyone other than your staff which you absolutely trust as malicious things can be done with this.
  21. Jim M's post in Pin Content was marked as the answer
This is a developer doc for coding something like this.
From what you described, it sounds like you’re looking for Recommendations. A moderator, who has permission to do this, would go to a post, click the three dots in the top right of the post and click “Recommend.” That would then pin the post to the top of the topic.
  22. Jim M's post in Attachments in Pm not sending/receiving was marked as the answer
    Yep, all good here:

  24. Jim M's post in Overview of background processes and their setup? was marked as the answer
Tasks which are needed are called . There is no need for individual, manual management 😉

I'm afraid, we do not set a _gads cookie, nor do we remove it. I actually see this cookie fine while viewing your community:
