  1. Jim M's post in Fatal error max execution time Lang was marked as the answer
You would need to review with your hosting provider why this is taking this long. It reasonably should not unless there is an underlying server issue.
  2. Jim M's post in Permissions to View Clubs - Restricting one Admin Group? was marked as the answer
ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> on Clubs, click permissions (padlock icon) and choose which groups you want to have access.
  3. Jim M's post in Domain was marked as the answer
I see your request in our ticket system and attending to it now. As mentioned in the process, there is a manual component to this. Your request was submitted outside of support hours so will be attended to in the next available time 🙂 .
  4. Jim M's post in Website Domain was marked as the answer
Please see the email response we sent you a little while ago to your ticket 🙂 .
  5. Jim M's post in Sudden "End of script output before headers" error was marked as the answer
Seems like a PHP issue or file incomplete issue. Would run the PHP requirements checker here first:

  6. Jim M's post in Session Timeout Vulnerability was marked as the answer
Not sure what you mean by "Session Timeout Vulnerability". Sessions in our software are controlled by PHP sessions.
  7. Jim M's post in Disable Username and Password Field with Auto Complete and Copy Paste was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, this is not a feature in the software to disable autocomplete on the login form for the ACP.
  8. Jim M's post in Block countries with 404 Error was marked as the answer
Sorry, there would not be a way to do this in the software. You can block countries from registering or block IP addresses which would see a message about not being able to access the community.
  9. Jim M's post in Wrong display of moderation toolbar on Topics view was marked as the answer
Would clear your browser local storage. Sounds like something got corrupted.
  10. Jim M's post in PHP sessions error when upgrading was marked as the answer
Looking at your licensed URL, you have a few folders between where they put the php info test and where your community is actually living. Would ensure you don't have another PHP configuration running there which does not have PHP session configured correctly. Ultimately, I would have them also ensure the location for PHP sessions is writable/readable by PHP/your web server account.
As this is a PHP setting, we would not define this.
  11. Jim M's post in Reactions not being enabled was marked as the answer
You will want to check the "Maximum number of reactions allowed to give" in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Social tab. I took a look at your Administrator group and it is set to 0. Meaning, that group cannot give reactions.
  12. Jim M's post in 2S119/1 Something went wrong. Please try again. was marked as the answer
I'm not quite sure what you mean is valid. You would need to directly access our software's ACP instead of going through a bookmark for the reasons I mentioned in my reply.
You should have received a 403 from your hosting but if anything, it is worth testing to ensure that any requests are not interrupted.
  13. Jim M's post in Imgur-hosted images not showing was marked as the answer
They're having technical issues per their site:

  14. Jim M's post in Proton Identifies Spacer.png As A Tracker was marked as the answer
This is misidentification. The spacer image is just a spacer.
  15. Jim M's post in Google Ads and problem with adding/editing topics/posts was marked as the answer
Would check your Google Adsense code and check with Google for support. If you're using auto advertisements and they are loading ads in spots which are interfering with operation of our software, you would need to exclude those areas or stop running auto ads.
  16. Jim M's post in Contact form image attachments was marked as the answer
This isn't something which is available in the software and not really something you would want to allow guests to do.
  17. Jim M's post in Insert Google AdSense-Code-Snippet was marked as the answer
AdSense code typically is applied in your theme's header. You can also place this in the Google Analytics code spot which gets applied in the head in ACP -> System -> Integrations -> Google Analytics. Ads.txt file, you can follow this guide:  For meta tags, you can see this guide:
  18. Jim M's post in SSL error or Software error ? was marked as the answer
Your community is currently running over HTTP so if you moved to HTTPS, please ensure you followed the guide here:

  19. Jim M's post in Issues with Emails on my domain was marked as the answer
I have moved this to a ticket so we can better assist you. Please be sure to raise these kinds of requests as a ticket in the Client Area in the future so these can stay more private.
  20. Jim M's post in Changing renewal period was marked as the answer
We would need to do this for you. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can assist you. In the future, you may contact the account's team using the contact us form.
  21. Jim M's post in Breadcrumbs And URL Equivalency was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, that Pages does not build breadcrumbs in this manner. If you wish to this, you can of course create a topic in our Feedback section for future development.
  22. Jim M's post in Changing Existing Forum to 'Questions' Type was marked as the answer
That would be correct. We would not be able to populate a best answer for you. That would need to be decided by the original poster or a staff member.
If the key point of switching to Q&A is to get "best answer" on topics, it may be helpful to switch on "Solutions" in your discussion forum. This allows replies to a topic to be marked as a "Solution" which is then highlighted at the top of the topic. It will still look like your previous topics don't have a "solution" but it's not as in your face as Q&A forums are. Just something to think about.
  23. Jim M's post in I need help with my account was marked as the answer
I have created a ticket for you so we can discuss account matters in private.

  24. Jim M's post in All images from one of my articles disappeared? was marked as the answer
Where exactly were these images uploaded? I do not see that they were uploaded to the Database record itself. Therefore, if they were uploaded to a content piece which has now been deleted or hidden behind permissions(like a message), these images would also be deleted or inaccessible.
  25. Jim M's post in GDPR : cookie rejection doesn't disabled cookies was marked as the answer
