  1. Jim M's post in Upgrade 4.6.10 got stuck was marked as the answer
You would need to restore a file backup which you took prior to starting the upgrade process. That is the only way to return to the previous release, I'm afraid.
If you do not have this, the only way forward would be to work with your hosting provider to upload the set of files from the Client Area.
  2. Jim M's post in Error installing patch 4.6.10 was marked as the answer
I ran the upgrader for you and your community is back online again. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  3. Jim M's post in Is it possible to install older version of IPS than latest? was marked as the answer
You can most certainly install 4.6.9 if you have the files downloaded and an active license. I'm afraid, we are unable to offer any files other than the most recent release due to the most recent is the most securable and stable version of the product.
  4. Jim M's post in I could not remove members. was marked as the answer
Please check that your CRON is running correctly on your server. When running these tasks manually, I am not having any issues and they are being completed slowly. This would indicate your CRON is either hitting an error on the server or is not running entirely.
  5. Jim M's post in Sending invitations to a club was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, this is something which is not currently possible in the software. However, I have moved this to our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation for a future release.
  6. Jim M's post in Add Change Author to Mod Options for Pages Articles? was marked as the answer
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, this is not something that is achievable within Invision Community at this time.

  7. Jim M's post in Display content based on group was marked as the answer
Yes, most modules/items can be controlled by permissions:

  8. Jim M's post in Admin/Staff cannot edit member Profile Field unless member can too was marked as the answer
If the member cannot edit the value, it would not show on the front-end, only in the ACP, I'm afraid.
  9. Jim M's post in Create/Share Subscription Across Two Users was marked as the answer
Sorry, through the default software is there are no means to share a subscription or payment between two users. This would require a customization or manual intervention at this point in time.
  10. Jim M's post in Support Renewal Alert Out of Sync with Date was marked as the answer
Sorry to burst the bubble but yes, everyone is correct. USA date of 02/06/2022 would be February 6th, 2022. Self-hosted licenses renew every 6 months.
  11. Jim M's post in Lost password API call was marked as the answer
Sorry, this is not something which is available within our software. This would require a customization itself or you can request it for a future release in our Feature Suggestion forum.
  12. Jim M's post in 4.6.10 Gives Blank White Screen was marked as the answer
As @Ocean West mentioned, likely a third party application/plugin which is no longer compatible with the release. You can try to utilize the Recovery Mode to get into the ACP and disable it.

  13. Jim M's post in Promoted items endlessly scheduled was marked as the answer
Facebook promotion will not work if your Facebook app does not have the ability to do so. The error being returned from Facebook below means your Facebook app in use does not have permission to use these so it will not work.

    Any of the pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata,         pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_ads, pages_show_list or         pages_messaging permission(s) must be granted before impersonating a         user's page.
  14. Jim M's post in Reduce size of "our picks" block was marked as the answer
Sorry, there are no ways to change the size of the Our Picks block without a theme customization. Theme customizations would be outside our scope of support but I can move this topic to the Community Support forum where you can receive support from fellow admins, if you would like?
Editing the title of the block would require changing the language string as there is no edit field for this in the current software.
  15. Jim M's post in Renewal of License was marked as the answer
$100 for a renewal would be correct as you own multiple applications on your license:
Forums: $40 Gallery: $15 Commerce: $45 Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  16. Jim M's post in Member Import List was marked as the answer
Looks like a syntax error is happening with your file. I have added a bug report to see if we can help resolve that with a friendlier message 🙂 . Please try using the attached.
    Members.csv
  17. Jim M's post in Exclude Admins from Popular Contributors & Leaderboards? was marked as the answer
You will want to go to ACP -> Members -> Reputation & Reactions -> Leaderboard -> Exclude these groups.
  18. Jim M's post in Members of a group can still see forum was marked as the answer
When testing members on your community with just the VIP group, I am only seeing the forums which you have specified in their permissions. However, according to the groups set on users with multiple, I am seeing all which is expected.
  19. Jim M's post in post limit per day was marked as the answer
This would be any and all content on your community. There is nothing specific for replies in the default software, I'm afraid.
  20. Jim M's post in Optional Mobile Homepage Option Setting? was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, there isn't a setting in our core software to ask a user to add your site as their homepage.
  21. Jim M's post in bug, can't drag blocks was marked as the answer
This would be related to your other ticket where you're missing Javascript files on your server. Once we resolve that, it should also resolve this but if not, please feel free to reply back here.
  22. Jim M's post in Repeated Page Crashing from "INVALID_URL" error was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, looking at the stack trace there that you've provided, this is directly related to the Perscom third party application which you have installed. You will want to contact the author for further assistance.
  23. Jim M's post in Too much images in unread content stream was marked as the answer
Sorry, there are no settings in the software to control this. It would require a customization of the software in way of a theme or plugin edit. Unfortunately, these items are outside our scope of support. I am happy to move this to the community support forum if you would like?
  24. Jim M's post in How to integrate a post template? was marked as the answer
Sorry, this is not in the default software and would require a third party plugin or customization of some sort. I am happy to move this to our community support forum if you'd like?
  25. Jim M's post in Moderators Permissions, Tracking and Issues was marked as the answer
Sorry, here in support I can only inform you on how the software operates today. If you have suggestions to change that, please post your suggestion in the Feature Suggestion forum. I would advise assigning a group to the permissions you want then assigning that to each individual moderator. The intended design would be that if you provide an individual member a moderator selection, it will indeed overwrite and group selections. If you have suggestions to change that, please post your suggestion in the Feature Suggestion forum. There is not really something for this at this point in time. There is internal discussions about permissions and making it easier to see what groups or members have access to what. However, nothing is set in stone at this point in time or can I guarantee a release point of that. Due to that, like the above, I would recommend creating a suggestion for this as well. This way we can stay on top of it.
