    I have not seen any reports of this. You can indeed just create a new langauge pack in the admin CP if needed, which Would indeed create a new stock language pack.
    If of course you have any issues once you update your live site, just let us know and we can take a look.

    There is no facility that would allow you to do this at the present time. You may wish to post up within our suggestions block if it is something you would like to see in the future.

    There is no way in which you would be able to do that at the present time. You would require customisation in which to achieve something like this.

    As mentioned above, this is an issue that was fixed. If you are in the middle of an upgrade, please upload a fresh set of files from your client area and rerun the upgrader from /admin/upgrade

    You can change your profile photo/avatar by selecting the small icon next to it on your profile. I have screenshot what mine looks like here for example

    If you arent seeing this, check in your group in the admin CP, and ensure you have something set for the profile photo size, and that the "Do not allow photo uploads" is not selected

    It seems there was an issue with your constants file and corrupt datastore entries. I have set that back to its default so if you had a specific datastore directory, you will need to redo that. If not, then leave it as it is. Either way, I'm sure you will be happy to know your upgrade is done and your site is back online.

    Memory being used on your server is not the same as what is allowed to be used by your PHP instance. You need to contact your hosting company and have them increase the memory_limit value on PHP.
    I have managed to force the upgrade through for you, however note you may find you have the same problem on the next update if you dont have them increase this

    This is edited by opening the block manager, then clicking edit on that block. If you are unsure on how to use the block manager, please take a look a the following guide, which should help you on your way 🙂

    As mentioned on the message there, you would just visit  /admin/upgrade and complete the upgrade in that scenario. Its likely the query timed out there, but I have completed that off for you in any case

    There is no way in which to remove that on a question type forum, as thats the intended purpose of that type.

    This is something that has not happened for quite some time. This was removed as it wasnt really something that could be accurately represented due to the caching of data

    You would need to ask cloudflare the question  you are actually asking there, how to switch that off. Its not something controlled by our software. You can switch on "Trust IP Addresses provided by proxies" if you do have that issue though. This is in System->Settings->Advanced Configuration
    Before doing any of this though, I would highly advise on ensuring you are using all the built in methods of protection. You don't appear to be using all methods shown.

    Tickets have not shown in the client area for quite a significant time now. Support items are now done via the forum here for the most part, so you would always have access to them. And those in which you submit via the client area you would keep a copy of in your email. There is no way in which to hold copies of information in the client area

    As mentioned above, that is not something possible at present.

    If you log in as that user, you will see he has you on ignore for messages, which is why you cannot send them private messages on your site. You can remove the ability to ignore members of groups within each group, by changing the "Can be ignored?" setting

    In the following location, you will see a "Require customer's real name and Billing Address" setting you can select for donations. In a lot of cases it's a good idea to have this set up in any case, as some methods of payment will not be allowed to be used without it.
