When I press continue to continue the update again it throws a white page and that's it. When I go back in ACP it shows store template missing? Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Solution Marc Stridgen Posted February 3, 2022 Solution Share Posted February 3, 2022 Memory being used on your server is not the same as what is allowed to be used by your PHP instance. You need to contact your hosting company and have them increase the memory_limit value on PHP.
