Any 'live' functions such as whos typing, whos viewing, live topics. Items such as courses that are added in our latest releases would not be released to older packages. Limitations on concurrent users were removed with the new packages also.

There isnt online user limits on any plans, no. Registration is the same no matter which you are on. You will of course not have any of the newer cloud based live features on the old plans

This would not be the recommended way of doing it, and to be honest has unnecessary steps. You could just as easily upload the files, add your conf_global.php file, and upgrade.

The first to reach the threshhold is shown No "most helpful" bar is shown at all. Most helpful posts are shown in the topic summary sidebar🙂

Did you test what I mentioned above? This may well give you a better indication. Sorry to hear your host are unsure how to resolve the issue for you.

I understand the thought process there, however of course we have to look at the product as a whole. There are many many things like this where people would like to see change or improvement. 1000 tiny things is unfortunately no longer a tiny thing.

Driver error is something from a very old unsupported release. You can check within cache/sql if I remember correct, which should show the exact error there.

Please switch off any 3rd party items, and also ensure the theme is not altered in any way. Im not seeing this in any way on my install here

There would be no way in which to see how old plans compare to the new ones. Im not sure what benefit you would gain from this in any case, to be honest. You cannot buy old plans 🙂 Is there a specific reason you were asking I can address?

Thank you for your feedback on the commerce section of our product. While I understand you wish to see changes in the product, this isn't something you will see happen overnight. Change takes time, and we have said in quite a few places that the commerce product as a whole is undergoing change. In the first instance, items are indeed deprecated that we no longer see as being part of our overall goal for the commerce area of our product. These, as I'm sure you are aware, are the support items, and physical product items. This is the first step in change to the product and is important information for us to get out to our existing customers first and foremost. (Some will of course want time to prepare for these items). The design is something in which you have focused on quite heavily there. As you have seen from the last few blog entries, the quite as a whole is undergoing quite a redesign. This includes all areas of the suite. However, there will always be areas in which you may want to customise to suite your individual needs. This is not to say improvement can't be made, of course. I'm sure you have seen, we have been posting may blogs of late, on upcoming changes within the product as a whole. But it's important to note that change takes time, and we are moving much much faster than most in this respect. There will be blogs about many other items to come over the coming months (there have been 5 this month already) In terms of feature suggestions, I feel this part does need addressing here. We have many areas of feedback and suggestions, both on the community here, and much much more besides. Its important that we pull this information together and choose a general direction for our product as a whole. Therefore not all suggestions will make it to a final product, and those that do may not do so in the exact manner suggested.

Its actually a PHP bug. We have worked around this in the next upcoming release

As mentioned by my colleague above, they also consider duplicate meta tags to be bad SEO

The time comes from the server. We would have no documentation to tell your hosting company how to check this correctly unfortunately. If you run "SELECT NOW()" on your mysql instance, I suspect that will show an incorrect time

This is not something we have planned at present, so there would be no ETA

If you still have lots of errors, it may be. It also may simply be server setup. I would advise on trying the beta if this is causing you problems

Please provide an example user, the name of the club that isnt showing, and step by step how to reproduce this, as it sounds like you are referring to a bug whereby its showing sometimes and not others. I would be interested to know where you read this, so I can clarify

Once we are happy there are no issues in the betas 🙂 There wouldnt be a specific date for that, but its not usually very long after the betas

There seems to be some real confusion over combined fluid view there. You cannot have the clubs show under it, as they are not under that forum, they are in the club. These are 2 different areas of your site. You can use fluid view on the site as a whole, which may be what you are looking for. That would be done from Community->Forums->Settings, and not from under an individual forum. From what you are describing, if you are only using forums in clubs, and for no other reason than categorisation, I would be using forums and subforums.

Ah, my apologies. You would actually need to have reviews switched on in order to rate
