The upload took a little bit of time but completed for my testing on your community. The PDF is 31MB + so it will take some time. However, it completed and I was able to upload the screenshot then submit the file without issue.

You will need to wait for the file to reach 100% uploaded in the top percentage progress bar. If you click save prior to that, it shouldn’t submit and direct you to the progress bar.

You have to await it saying "done" and your system also enforces tags to ensure you add a tag. As with my colleague, I could upload no problem. Its just taking a long while to upload to your server

It's a simple template edit. Adding an additional row of links in the header is pretty easy, but the contents of the dropdowns have to be customized to the site, you can't do that with the built in menu manager.

Hi, the easiest way is to edit the templates mobileNavBar and mobileNavigationIcon.
I've got some example code for the navigation icons HERE.
