  6. Thanks, now I was able to register, and I have done so and added my other e-mail as a second contact. I received an e-mail a week ago that my ticket about "Refund" was escalated to a manager. Nothing else..
  7. Just a head up on this. I do not receive email from support, and I can't register my second e-mail adress on this website as alternative contact, because I an not allowed to be a member - I'm blocket because of my Ip adress. I have given you my Ip adress on PM, but still you have not opened that Ip. I am on a vessel in the middle of the ocean so I can't alter my Ip - like using my mobile/wifi/ gives the same Ip. It is important for me to keep my licenses active, so when I received that email because of your bug, I paid USD 105 for a licence that i do not use - a license from 2005. I have not received any reply on my ticket about refund from a week ago.

  9. How do I reopen that ticket then? Can't you just open that ticket yourselve? You see - I have an issue with emails coming from your supportsystem are not received on my mailserver and I do not like using so much time with this issue as long as the error is found.
  10. "E-mail support" is not working perfectly for me. E-mails from support are somewhat disappearing - I don't know where they are going, but I do not receive them - not in Spamfolder either, and my second e-mail adress need to be a member here on this site to have as an alternative contact in my client area. Now my own second e-mail adress is not allowed to register on this site - for whatever reason. Anyway - the reason for this topic is a suggestion - why don't Invision use the forums for support? They can clearly see my messages in the Test posting messages, (because sometimes they reply to it) so why don't you just have a forumsection with the right permissions to handle private support, so that only I and supportstaff can see what is written?

  16. I have received several email from you regarding renewal - but as far as I Can see I am Ok. All paid. 3 emails this morning. Seems like I have 3 accounts but I have only fjelltrimmen and fjellforum. Could you check if I am paying for three and correct my payments to the accounts I am using,

  18. I meant the latest main release. This x.x.1 release comes in early with fixes and that is great. I have as a routine not to upgrade before I get the red banner on my sites, and just fine that the authors here get their sites up and running.
  19. Just a question. You had this issue upgrading allthough all plugins and apps was disableD? How could we that have not upgraded yet don't come in the same situation. Seems to me like this latest realease has a lot of problems..
  20. If you’re on a previous version and not the very latest you’ll have the sql toolbox in acp. This nice feature was removed on the latest release 4.7.0.
  21. I had this very same error on my site. I just can't find the actual reason - and to sort out the problem for the member experiencing this I had to reset the members password. It is kind of strange because when I log in as the other member I just get that message - so there is no way to return to my own account on my site.

  23. Did you have a lot of bad experiences with that feature - a lot of supportissues? I find it kind of difficult to install another 3'rd party program to run some simple commands. I use that section in ACP to select random users for a monthly price. Just a simple command i run. This is somewhat making life harder. A root admin should be able to run any command on his server. A big red text above would be simple enough..
