Creating a form you can do with the pages application, and you could simply follow the database to get an email. However the custom logc and excel side of things would require custom development to achieve.

In the AdminCP under Customization > Themes, click the </> icon next to your theme. On the template editor page click the CSS tab, and then click on custom.css.
Add this to the end of the file:
@media print { /* Custom styles go here */ } And then add whatever CSS you need to (i.e. to hide unimportant page elements) where you see "/* Custom styles go here */".

If you see the guide in forst post you dont need the admin folder to do the upgrade.
So you perform the upgrade and you will have a new admin directory.
Then rename it as you want.

As @Woodsman says, follow the guide. And the answer is no, you dont remove ALL of the files of 3.x You have to keep specific files.
Do it step by step and tell us where you stuck. It doesn't matter how simple your question is..There are no stupid questions....

Do you have a test site that you have duplicated from the original? If not start from there and follow the instructions.

I havent upgraded yet to v4 because of some bugs, so every time i am amking test upgrades..
During the upgrade process it notifies you that he will run the converter. At this stage i convert to utf8mb4 and then the process continues and the upgrade is completed.

    Hi B_U_R_I
There are a couple of things to look for. The first check to make sure the conf_global.php is correct. Also look for odd characters namely the colon (:) that may have added itself... This happens to me frequently in Wamp during save.
Next compare the database including physical size. It sounds as though the whole file did not transfer... This can be caused mainly from the server download.
When exporting the original database, remember to export using the "Export Method". Make sure to select "Select All". Select your compression option then got to the bottom and hit Go.
OK don't hit it I don't want you angry with me for breaking your monitor so select "Go" instead.

I always take a minimum 3 backups. 1st 2 as a gzip to compare and make sure they are exact, and the 2nd without compression ( Just Habit).
