Installed on 4.2.3 and colors won't change, either one background or text and the left right center does not work, nor does the setting for displaying it on a certain page? Any ideas? Thanks

I think someone is playing tricks on Jim, I did an "examdiff" on the original 4.2 labeled xml file (4.45 kb) and the "new" use me 4.2 xml file (3.09 kb) there were several differences and even the version numbers were different.

The 4.2 version is installed and I re-installed it. Does not work on IPS 4.2 default theme for me.

Had installed version for 4.1 thinking it might work for 4.2 but didn't, uninstalled it and installed the version for 4.2 and still don't see the joined date in 4.2? Thanks

I too went to bbcode.it, joined and asked a support question via a message and got no response? Why does the marketplace app say the support is at bbcode.it when you say it is here at IPS? Seems it should link to the topic here as it always has? Anyway I would like to edit the email that the seller receives when somebody clicks the "Contact Advertiser" button as members are replying directly to the email and I am getting them which I don't want? Thanks

Adriano - UPDATE - thanks to AndyF the Moderator CP in the ACP was disabled (I assume from my old 3.1.4 board and carried over to the upgrade). Enabled it and all is well!

ACP> Customizations> Languages> Click the "globe" next to your language (you should make another copy of the language and use that one instead of the default) then type in "Completed" in the search and look for the one that is capitalized (COMPLETED)

I have members that "want" an item, what do they put in the price box if it is to be a "?" - we used to just enter a ? and that would display, now it says FREE, 0.00 says FREE Thanks

I did what you said and both issues still exist. I also have a "fresh" 4.1.9 test board installation using the IPS skin and both issues exist there also so now what?

Adriano, I have another problem - when the app is enabled I get anywhere from 2 to 9 emails for the same validating member that are all exactly the same. When I disable the app I only get the one IPS validation email. I have validations set for email and administrator validation. Any way to fix this? Thanks

I had several tables left from Andy's classifeds that were all MyiSAM tables. I checked my test install of 4.1.9 and the classifieds had no MyiSAM tables just inoDB so I deleted all the MyiSAM classified tables from my main forum and it seems to be working OK now.

OK got it figured out, apparently when an advert is deleted it lingers in the database and causes an error.

Yes I sure did! I ran the query after the upgrade from 3.1.4 to 4.1.9 by IPS as per the manual and have made all new categories, extra fields etc. since installing and the classifieds is running just fine.

I just ran a "Something is not working correctly" in the ACP support area and it says there was a problem with the database, when I press "Fix" it comes up with this ALTER TABLE `ibf_classifieds_ccontent` DROP INDEX `field_1`; Is it OK to let it fix this since I know it has something to do with classifieds (I did have Andy's classifieds before upgrading to 4.1.9)? Thanks

OK, I found it, I was looking at the wrong "Completed" Thanks
