I have just come in to work and it is the first thing I have done as soon as I saw the refund confirmation emails.
In the nicest way possible we are more than happy not to purchase anything from you again because in all the years we have dealt with this software and dozens of application developers, you are the first one to have refused to invesitgate and fix an issue even when the problem was presented to you in a clear and concise way.

Well, if I were the trouble shooter (which I'm not) it makes a big difference if I'm looking for code that may have caused a gain or a loss. It really helps to know which AND how much. So, in this example, we are looking for reasons that there may have been 20 additional points added to the Admin during the "Most Points From Content" process (because it shows 240 rather than the expected 220). This may give TheJackal84 something specific to check without having to go through everything in the application.

This is really none of my business but I'm an old fart and can't help myself as this topic really interests me and I would like to see it resolved for all parties!
I think your testing is excellent however it looks to me like the Admin actually GAINED 20 extra points somewhere as displayed in the "Most Points From Content" section. I put together a simple chart of what I believe to be correct (but I do have two question marks in it concerning "content" yes or no). The numbers for jackq seem right on the money. The numbers for the Admin seem to have gained 20 points for content???

 

Please can we have an update - We are getting renewal notices for babble but don't want to renew until we get some support.
Please can you respond / fix?
Just had this in from another unhappy customer.
"know it is a support issue, but this chatroom issue is really beginning to bore. I have been permanatly showing in the room now for 14 days, despite logging out of the site completely and closing all browser. I know they are not offering support but its rediculous"

I get constant complaints about this as well.
I think it is probably the main reason chat usage has dropped off over the last few months this has been happening

How long until the new release of babble?
I am constantly getting badgered by site members and now this is the latest from our chat mod.
 
Sorry to pester you but chats really acting up now, we are getting multiple ghosts all of a sudden and chatters cant even log off. The functions for private messages and the mod controls have all disappeared. Then we have a problem of chat be so slow to appear in the window when the chat lines entered. I think the issues are driving people away in all honesty

from other sites I have been on since they are all correct and add up, seeing as the logs amount don't actually add up to the amount in that box either I actually don't know what it could be, but I am looking into it

Sorry I just realised that the fractions / decimals is wrote in the new update, It should be out with-in the next 24-48 hours, I am in testing with it but will add the widget thing you said etc

Could be anything from a tip or just like to be featured, It will add a little star to the top left of the bet selections

Sorry this isn't an issue with the theme to fix, if these elements comes form a plugin or an application then you should report from there
 
Anyways, Just reducing the margins between the elements should fix it

I use BOTH Apps. I use Points by Anatik as a companion app for the Members Point Shop. They work together really well AND it allows you a lot of flexibility in how you configure who gets points for what. Points allows you to rename "points" into something else (which I hope TheJackal84 is also working on to complete the picture!), our site is about Goldwing Motorcycles so I changed "Points" to "Wing Nuts"! I've included a screenshot of a part of my spreadsheet for helping me keep track of who gets what from each App. I promise, you won't be disappointed but in my opinion, having both of these is a must!
P.S. Members Point Shop has a setting to allow Points to be used with it...see last pic.

If I want to see points for use in the betting shop where do I set this up in the shop?
Do I have to do it in as a Custom Item?

One more question which might be more of a feature request
I see people can get points for joining a club
The problem we have is when someone sets up a club they don't really bother to invite their team players to it (on our walking football site)
It would be great if there was an incentive where club owners could earn points for each member that joined their club.
Might make them more pro-active to invite their fellow players.
