    This is weird.

    Things were working ok because of your fix but now I have installed this latest version that is supposed to stop me getting notification of the welcome emails but I have started getting them again?

    It worked perfecting in the beginning - it's the changes you have made.

    We originally purchased the stand alone version and had issues after you made changes and released upgrades - you asked us to try your hosted version and we still have the same issues.

    I can't ask my whole membership who use the chatroom and have issues to be your troubleshooters.

    I have lost so many members over this chatroom issue.

    Why not just roll back to the stable version before all of your changes?

    Or at least offer it as an alternative because it did work 100% perfectly.

    As per that person I just quoted - we both have the same issue so there must be an issue that is not related to my personal server - I am using your hosted version of babble.

     

  3. Please can we have an update - We are getting renewal notices for babble but don't want to renew until we get some support.

    Please can you respond / fix?

    Just had this in from another unhappy customer.

    "know it is a support issue, but this chatroom issue is really beginning to bore. I have been permanatly showing in the room now for 14 days, despite logging out of the site completely and closing all browser. I know they are not offering support but its rediculous"

    Don't forget you still have login access to our server from when we created the details for you to troubleshoot the sticky notes issue

    Feel free to use that to help you troubleshoot this points problem

    Yes but not for downloads as we don't have it installed

    Don't know where to set points for reactions

    We have forum and bouns points.

    FYI - Since I first reported issue we have changed amount of points awarded for posting - but this was definately after the issue was reported above

    I sent the additional screens to prove that nobody was spending / using points etc when you asked

    He hasn't spent any , donated any, betted any

    What we need fixing is the bug here where it is showing the incorrect amount of points as previously mentioned above

    OK thanks that's working ok now apart from when clicking the button it takes the user to a page showing just the map and needs the user to click the back button.

    Maybe on a later version would be worth having all the bet info on that page aswell as the map ( would also allow members to search the site to see if their team has any bets available and get that page in the results as I don't think they can currently search for team bets can they?)

    We will wait for the next version with the team names showing correctly before using this & market it to our members then.

  8. Ok I will have to disable it for now as already had a team complain their name wasn't showing up correctly.

    So I can't promote it with half of a teams name missing from view unfortunately

    and also the google map isnt working either - when I add maps to calendar entries etc i put the address in and it shows fine but that's not working in this app.

    What would I need to put in for this location to show for example -

    Goals, Dagenham Leisure Park, Ripple Rd, Dagenham RM9 6XW
