Hi,
Since upgrading yesterday to Invision Community v4.2.9 the featured images slider for the gallery app has stopped working properly
Just tried adding two different sets of gallery photos and the slider is just saying no image althought the images are uploading fine and show in the gallery when clicking the no image

I have just come in to work and it is the first thing I have done as soon as I saw the refund confirmation emails.
In the nicest way possible we are more than happy not to purchase anything from you again because in all the years we have dealt with this software and dozens of application developers, you are the first one to have refused to invesitgate and fix an issue even when the problem was presented to you in a clear and concise way.

I didn't - I uninstalled it from the first site with the problem and then installed it on a completely different domain.
Then proved the same issue with the points not showing correctly to prove that the issue was isolated to your software.
I will await this refund.

Does the refund include a refund for the copyright removal plugin?
If not we want you to fix the issue we have proved on a different site as per our post above.

This may give TheJackal84 something specific to check without having to go through everything in the application.

Hi,
It would be great if you could add show only on specific urls.
We uses IPpages for articles, interviews and other marketing pages
It would be great if we could show a specific interview notice on the interview section only on the pages here

I think your testing is excellent however it looks to me like the Admin actually GAINED 20 extra points somewhere
Gained or lost - the points don't add up which is exactly what we have been trying to report all along without success.

Ok this issue has really upset us so this is what we have done.
We have stripped down one of our sites to the bare bones

We have removed all plugins and applications apart from your member shop and your betting app and the invision core apps
We have not setup any shop items or bets in the betting shop so no points can be spent whatsoever,
We have setup points for forums like this
We have setup points for registrations like this
As site admin I have created 2 topics in a test forum
I have created a brand new user account called jackq and posted a single reply to each topic the admin account created.
In the members with the most points statistics section it shows the following with admin having 220 points, and jack has 65
However in the most points from their content created it shows admin with 240 points and jack with 40 points
Admin has lost 20 points - This is the issue I have been reporting along - There is an inconsistency in your programming regarding the points.
I rest my case there is an issue.

So can we please have a refund for the members shop, betting addon and IPSDev Copyright Removal we purchased to go with them.

It is happening with brand new members that registed in the last couple of weeks.
Unfortunately I just do not have the time to go in and edit nearly 1,700 member accounts.

Hi,
It is not just my members, it is also effecting my own admin account.
We have waited patiently since March 3rd (25 days now) for this issue to get fixed.
As previously mentioned on the 12th March, you still have acp access so can you please login and invesitgate the installtion on our site?
We don't want to, but If we cannot get the shop application working as advertised we are going to have to uninstall the shop and betting applications.

Any news on our problem with the points showing incorrectly?
I still see user Fred for example has:
Points Earned 5,360
But in the column with the members with the most points is Fred is showing as Points 3,440
To confirm Fred has not spent or gambled or donated any points.
So for some reason points are still going missing for some reason.

All users can see is Chadderton FC WF vs Vintag... which makes the bet unbettable because the second team name cannot be seen
If you look at the 3rd bet on the home page here it has the same issue as previously reported

I think the table layout for the betting looks a lot better and fixes the problems with the full names not showing.
How do I select the table view for the staff picks widget?
