  1. Hi Adriano I've just upgraded to 4.5, brought this again & installed it. I've set it to be seen by everyone on every forum, but it doesn't appear. Any suggestions please? Cheers Bill

  3. Hi Adriano I've been using this for ages and am very pleased with it. I've upgraded to 4.5 and upgraded Member Notes. I used to be able to attach an image to a note, but now I don't see that option, only to add via a URL. Am I missing something? Many thanks Bill
  4. Strangely, without any input from myself or Tech Support, this sorted itself out after about 30 minutes. I have no idea what was going on! However, the upgrade has "broken" my AWS S3 settings and none of the photos are displaying so I'm back to waiting for Tech Support 🙂

  10. This software is rubbish ? I resent an old PM and got no warning at all that it hadn't send. Having checked, I can see you had left the conversation, so I've resent it in a new PM. Surely it would make more sense NOT to be able to reply to a PM when the other party has left??

  12. Please can I just clarify.......... Say I set up a new reaction just for Administrators - "Agree" - what will members see? Will they see the "Agree" reaction, but not be able to use it or will it simply not be a visible option for them (this is what I need) Many thanks Bill

  16. Can you be a bit more specific please? I've searched the ACP for login and handlers and can't find anything. I've looked through but can't see anything that will do it.
  17. The members don't know I've turned it off ? I just need a way to force them out. Otherwise, how long will they remain anonymous?
  18. I've brought and installed this and turned off anonymous browsing for all members except certain member groups. A couple of hours later some members are still shown as browsing anonymously. Am I right in thinking they need to logout before it will take effect? What if they never logout? Can I force everyone out? Many thanks Bill
  19. Sorry to disagree, but I can't see how $12.50 is expensive given the time these things to develop, test and support. I do have an issue though........ Member joined 4/10/17 - With us for 177 days Member joined 29/9/17 - With us for 17444 days Member joined 10/9/17 - With us for MINUS 5 Days (Numerous examples in list) Would also benefit greatly from a search box.

  21. I have a slight problem with this. If I enable the bottom button I get an error: I've tried reinstalling, running the support tool and waiting the obligatory 15 minutes 'cos I'm CiC It's not a big problem, using the top button it works fine and I'm more than happy with that. Thanks for another excellent plugin!

  23. Thanks for the suggestion, I've asked support - fingers crossed It does't feel right to ask for a refund, it's my fault for not reading the description fully, although in my defense I haven't seen a plugin that needed an upload for a long time.
