  1. Sorry, this is not the issue. temp_ban is 0. I get the error when visiting my front page, not after logging in. I can still access the admin area.

  3. We all know it's coming - the day they will take over. I guess I told my Google Assistant to "shut" too many times, so in retaliation it blocked me from my website. BANNED You do not have permission to view this site. LIttle does the AI know I self host so I can access the database. I just don't know what to edit to remove my IP from the ban list. Please help! bio lives matter
  4. I basically got a F you when asking for my money back. They told me they could not refund me because there was usage on my account - usage caused by their support staff! I never had a single zap work.
  5. Ended up cancelling my account today. I'm getting better with API's, so if they cannot solve such a basic issue, why do I need them? Support really sucks on the "Starter" plan. It takes support 2-3 days to reply. I was supposedly put in contact with a higher level of support and I sent a message on Thursday morn to reset my account, but I have not heard anything, so I cancelled today. I asked for my $ back since I was not able to get a single Zap working how I wanted it with Invision. I'll see what they say. I only used them because of the Invision integration! In the meantime, I am going to look at some alternatives.
  6. Ok, so the Zapier key is tied to meta data on my account. I have asked them if thy can wipe their record of me, so I can start again.
  7. Thanks. You are staff - did you reset my key? No. We are at the troubleshooting step of resetting my account. Please let me know when you reset my Zapier API so I can continue troubleshooting. Martin
  8. Did you guys regenerate a new API key for me? I tried reconnecting but not sure if they key changed. It's still not working, so I need to let them know if we tried this step or not.
  9. I request my Zapier API key be re-generated. Zapier support cannot figure out what's going on. I see the fields load quickly before vanishing on the screen. Hoping there is some corruption in my existing record, so I need a new key.
  10. Still dealing with Zapier support - they reply every 24-36 hours with redundant copy/paste responses. I've found a workaround using the API, but I will post the solution (when found) in case this happens to someone else.
  11. See image - Above each "Fields" there should be a database name. Would this be related to my theme?
  12. Still working with their support. I have tried setting a default value for both fields, but I still get the error. Does default value here work the same as default value in mysql? i.e. If I don't send the title field, would the default value be applied?
  13. Good suggestion! All permissions are set to full for everyone. Any others? Zapier support should come back tomorrow, hopefully.
  14. It has to be something simple - I had it working last night, but I can't remember what I did. I have a database named API - Image Hosting. I use Zapier to create a record in this database. I see Database and Author only - where are the fields for title and content? When I test I get the obvious error "TITLE_CONTENT_REQUIRED".
  15. I've been using IPB since 2006 with the MSSQL driver. I was always attracted to the flexibility of the platform with minimal programming. Recently tech support has become more difficult. It's harder to find code examples and removing the marketplace killed a creativity source for me. I had a stroke a few years ago, so my development skills are retarded, but still I believe this is one of the poorer organized forms in regards to technical documentation. A wiki, kept up to date by your community, would really help in development IMHO. Good luck all! Martin
  16. I need to automate this step, as each one of my clients has their own group. Since 1) There is no API to create a group and 2) I am hosted, how can I create a new group?
  17. I wanted to add: If you are subscribed to the course in question, the "Course Manager" dropdown is hidden by the "Withdraw from course" button. Once I withdrew, I could see the dropdown. Is it just my WIP theme?

  19. Exactly. Zapier does not know the member_id. I suppose I can make a page with a php block and redirect that way. I knew about the security issue; I'm just trying to get things working to attract more qualified help. Thanks for the assistance!
  20. I'm using Zapier to create a form and then save it in a custom table here. I cannot figure out how to pass my current forum user to zapier other than pass the member id in the url. I've tried https://chyll.zapier.app/{variable} but that does not work.
  21. It's not just the code, it's learning an infrastructure I fear may change in the near future. I don't want to have to write an application every time I want to search a database... I'm using zapier and it takes care of almost everything I need.
  22. No, "vendor" is just my name for one of your custom tables. Date and GST are integer columns. It is something as simple as SELECT ID FROM VENDORS WHERE DATE=4 AND GST=2 Do I need to create a plug in for something so simple? Is there a way to use /core/search to search custom tables like it does forums?
  23. I read that external database access is disabled for security. I cannot find any documentation on how to search with rest api. I have a table (vendor) that has three columns - the id, date and tax - all are integers. I have the two integers (date, tax) I want to search for. How can I search this table and get back an array of ids that match the query?
