  1. Rebuilding solved the problem. Thanks for the extra troubleshooting tip as well!
  2. It is MySQL - but I will look into a elastic server! That was not the problem. I changed the title to text, and made the value 00002 Searching produces the same result - none.
  3. OK, I am now trying to search actual data, and running into an issue. Was going to start a new thread but this one was at the top. 🙂 I have a database (#4) on a page, and I am able to upload a record to it. I can see it on the page. However, I always get no results found via the api. {{base_url}}?/core/search&q=2&type=cms_records4 { "page": 1, "perPage": 25, "totalResults": 0, "totalPages": 0, "results": [] } The title is "2". I've tried playing with variables but nothing gets returned when there are no filters at all!
  4. That was the solution! I was able to create records without a url though. For anyone else that stumbles with this issue: My database id is 3. My new page id is 4. The contenttype is cms_records3 Thanks all.

  6. Yes it is. What contenttype am I looking for if I want to search database 3? Is it supposed to be cms_records3 or something else?
  7. Yes, there is database 3. It is not placed on a page - do I need to do that to access the data?
  8. No, I am using REST API. I tried cms_records3, but that did not work.
  9. I want to search a title in a database to make sure the record is not already there. I found the different search types I can do: "contenttypes": [ "core_statuses_status", "calendar_event", "cms_pages_pageitem", "cms_records1", "cms_records2", "forums_topic", "nexus_package_item", "links_link" ] What contenttype do I use if I want to search database #3?
  10. Look into Wasabi. They use AWS but they do not charge for data egress.
  11. When creating a forum, I can make it as Discussion or Questions. Is there a way a single forum can have both? Otherwise, do I need to create a second forum for any topic I want to provide experts on?
  12. Sorry, this is not the issue. temp_ban is 0. I get the error when visiting my front page, not after logging in. I can still access the admin area.
  13. Have any of you ever said "shut" to your Google Assistant? 😛
  14. We all know it's coming - the day they will take over. I guess I told my Google Assistant to "shut" too many times, so in retaliation it blocked me from my website. BANNED You do not have permission to view this site. LIttle does the AI know I self host so I can access the database. I just don't know what to edit to remove my IP from the ban list. Please help! bio lives matter
  15. I basically got a F you when asking for my money back. They told me they could not refund me because there was usage on my account - usage caused by their support staff! I never had a single zap work.
  16. Ended up cancelling my account today. I'm getting better with API's, so if they cannot solve such a basic issue, why do I need them? Support really sucks on the "Starter" plan. It takes support 2-3 days to reply. I was supposedly put in contact with a higher level of support and I sent a message on Thursday morn to reset my account, but I have not heard anything, so I cancelled today. I asked for my $ back since I was not able to get a single Zap working how I wanted it with Invision. I'll see what they say. I only used them because of the Invision integration! In the meantime, I am going to look at some alternatives.
  17. Ok, so the Zapier key is tied to meta data on my account. I have asked them if thy can wipe their record of me, so I can start again.
  18. Thanks. You are staff - did you reset my key? No. We are at the troubleshooting step of resetting my account. Please let me know when you reset my Zapier API so I can continue troubleshooting. Martin
  19. Did you guys regenerate a new API key for me? I tried reconnecting but not sure if they key changed. It's still not working, so I need to let them know if we tried this step or not.
  20. I request my Zapier API key be re-generated. Zapier support cannot figure out what's going on. I see the fields load quickly before vanishing on the screen. Hoping there is some corruption in my existing record, so I need a new key.
  21. Still dealing with Zapier support - they reply every 24-36 hours with redundant copy/paste responses. I've found a workaround using the API, but I will post the solution (when found) in case this happens to someone else.
  22. See image - Above each "Fields" there should be a database name. Would this be related to my theme?
  23. Still working with their support. I have tried setting a default value for both fields, but I still get the error. Does default value here work the same as default value in mysql? i.e. If I don't send the title field, would the default value be applied?
  24. Good suggestion! All permissions are set to full for everyone. Any others? Zapier support should come back tomorrow, hopefully.
