Are you doing a fresh install or upgrade from Tutorials 1.5.X ?

If that's a fresh install, I suggest you to uninstall the app, remove the folder from your server via FTP and then reinstall it. If it still insists, drop me a PM and I'll take a look tomorrow in the morning.

I would bet on it. This (and other plugins) extends the regular board files, not files from any app.

The same way, I bet flags won't appear there as well.

Existing members: Just log out and log in to update the country. Or, if allowed by the admin, go to Account Settings and pick your country.

Yes, it is as you read. There is. And also there is an option to change it on Account Settings IF so the admin wants.

Not everybody else thinks or acts like you. That's why it is an option/setting.

Have it send the invite with the details in the email as it stands right now but you also have an option of adding a custom welcome message as well if you choose.

Not possible currently. The whole thing of plugin IS add the flag, didn't occur me that someone would want to remove it.

I'll add this also in new version; probably an empty option above the first country... then you select it and save it.

As I said, everything comes from the core. Of course, if you say that a flag doesn't appear on a resource, they will say that "it's not their problem".

So you should ask why some countries are missing on flags.css, since they're available on GeoLocation.php.

Well, here how it works:

=> The select of the countries:

You can see that this country has the code IO.

And this is the flags.css from IPS:

As you can see, there's no:

.ipsFlag.ipsFlag-io{background-position:0 -1824px;}

And this is why there's no flag for this country. If you add this language on your board, you also won't the flag on language selector.

You don't add flags or countries. They are hardcoded and come from system\GeoLocation\GeoLocation.php:
