"Choose a primary group" and "force invitee user to use the same email from invitation" is already done. I will release those features in a new version tomorrow, then I'll start the 2.1.0 the some suggestions above.

This is exacly how the plugin is supposed to work. You could have used this topic to make your question before buy it. If it was to ADD to secondary groups, the plugin would have other name, rather than CHANGE. CHANGE GROUP means primary group, not secondary groups.

About This File Useful in support/study groups boards, this plugin will control the number of open (unlocked) topics that each user group can have in each forum in a specific period (hour, day, week and month), by adding a new tab on MANAGE FORUMS, listing all groups and allowing enter a number of topics. Yes, I want to solve this too. But I got only 3 options out of 21. I know how this works... I can make like you or the others request, then come 5 and complain. So I'll have to make workarounds to fit to everyone's needs, which will make support impractical. Guess I'll send PMs to other buyers.

About This File This plugin will let allowed users to change member groups in Moderator Panel. Admins won't have their group changed. Settings: Staff Grups: these groups won't appear as option to the moderator Allowed groups: the groups will be allowed to change member groups on ModeratorCP.

Yeah, I know... it was at a first moment but it gets misaligned, like that: Probably there's some CSS trick to avoid it. I will research for a fix and make it a editor in a further version.

You got an issue on your install, for sure. I use this since 4.0, never had a problem. Submit a ticket. To make condensed view as default, you should use this plugin from @DawPi:
