Posted October 5, 20231 yr Hi, I've been using IC since 2012, currently using 4.7.13. I'm going to upgrade mySQL 5.7 to 8.0 and have a couple questions: What are the recommended steps to upgrade the database from MySQL 5.7 to MySQL 8? Are there any known issues with the upgrade process? If so, do you have documentation for those issues? Thanks in advance!
October 5, 20231 yr Community Expert These are questions for your hosting provider, rather than us. Our software works with MySQL 8.0. There isn't anything to do in terms of the software from our end.
