IPS itself does not offer this sort of service, but there are a number of third party service providers who might be able to help.

If you're still having issues, please add as much detail about the problem as possible. This may be something which does not require someone to go hands-on with your website, with help here in these forums.  Hopefully saving you some money.

The backup is already restored and the site is back online. The only "issue" left is installing/enabling the mod_rewrite module on the server to re-enable FURL URLs. But that's something that needs to be done at the server level.
