Hisashi Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 I haven't enabled hive in my community, why is this button showing?
Hisashi Posted September 9, 2023 Author Posted September 9, 2023 I didn't find an option for this, so my solution was to clean up the HTML template. core > front > hive > followButton
Marc Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 That shouldnt be showing unless hive is active in System->Integrations. Please check this and let us know if you are still seeing an issue on a default unaltered theme
Hisashi Posted September 11, 2023 Author Posted September 11, 2023 It's not activated, I at most clicked to see how it worked, but at no point did I activate it.
Marc Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. Â
Markus Jung Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Same issue here (cloud - standard theme) - Example:Â https://www.fernstudium-infos.de/topic/20142-fernstudium-rundschau-202309-chat-coaching-resilienz/ Â If someone clicks the button, they get an error message (content not found). Hive is not activated: Hisashi 1

I recommend testing this with someone else, it seems to be a bug.

Hive is not activated: If it wasn't activated by default (which I don't remember), the trigger for causing this is when you click on "Enable" to only see the settings, when in fact you haven't really activated it.
