Updating email address - self service - url in email from forum is malformed...

It starts like that but doesn't work and goes to a 'server not found' page. I'm using Sendgrid for transactional emails like this. Any ideas please folks?

The URL there is being amended by sendgrid. I believe its something along the lines of click tracking that causes that

You’ll need to set up https with sendgrid. There’s a help doc on it on their site. I’ll see if I can find the link for you.

I amend my suggestion. You have a DNS issue.  Make sure you have your CNAMES set up correctly in DNS.

Probably.  When I do an nslookup on url9376.thelotusforums.com I get a "cannot find domain", but removing the url9376 finds your server IP.

I've just added it to the Cloudflare DNS, it was missing but in the old DNS I was using until a few days ago. Hopefully it'll propogate shortly and I'll be back in the movie! Thanks for your help @CheersnGears 👍

Ah! That'll do it.  I had the same issue when I added Cloudflare.
