Updating email address - self service - url in email from forum is malformed...

You’ll need to set up https with sendgrid. There’s a help doc on it on their site. I’ll see if I can find the link for you.

I amend my suggestion. You have a DNS issue.  Make sure you have your CNAMES set up correctly in DNS.

Ah! That'll do it.  I had the same issue when I added Cloudflare.
