Aiwa Posted August 1, 2023 Author Share Posted August 1, 2023 Generic Oops. “ ‘Oops’ Contact support “. The Contact Support link takes me to the Sales Contact us form. I’m not at my computer at the moment and can’t get you a screenshot until this evening. When I try to open a support request in the client area, “ email support isn’t part of this license” I can only select community support button on the modal. Hence this topic. The license still says “Classic” in the title, but when viewing the details of the license it shows the new conversion pricing. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
