Claudia999 Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 In our Activitiy Stream, one item is nailed to the top of the list. It's an article with no special features and I just can't get it out of there. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
Adlago Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 Please post link your activity stream. That way it will be easier for someone to analyze.
Marc Posted July 10, 2023 Posted July 10, 2023 Indeed we would need more information on this. The item and the feed please
Marc Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
Claudia999 Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 Oh no, I could swear that I had checked the data beforehand. Now they are checked three times and should be correct.

Jim M Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 Could you please disable Redis and try again? Please let us know the outcome.
Claudia999 Posted July 19, 2023 Author Posted July 19, 2023 I disabled Redis and tried again. Outcome: same. The article is always on top of unread content, even when I "read" the article again.
Marc Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 I have created a ticket on this so we can get it looked into further for you Claudia999 1
