Posted February 3, 20232 yr We have customers that post support questions on our community. We'd like to be able to mark these as 'solved' to show that their problem was fixed. Any way to do this?
February 3, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution You would edit the forum in question, and go to the "Display settings" tab. On there you will see "Enable solved" 🙂
February 5, 20232 yr What Marc said is for topic starter to mark a reply as best answer, if you want the mod's team do that, then: Staff - Moderators - Forums - Can set best answer/solved.
