  1. We have customers that post support questions on our community. We'd like to be able to mark these as 'solved' to show that their problem was fixed. Any way to do this?
  2. We would like the IPboard system to send an email to a designated email address anytime a user posts a new topic or replies to a topic. We're trying to solve the problem of making sure all our team members get a notification of one of these event types. So we'd have the ipboard mailer send the notification to an email address that is a distribution list. Anyone have ideas about how to best solve this?
