Likely, you are not running PHP 8 in the directory which your Invision Community installation is. You will want to check related configuration files there. Please contact your hosting provider/server administrator for assistance.

That would be your command line, not the directory. You will want to run our compatibility checker script to see what PHP is running in the directory.
