Please ensure that you are upgrading by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Upgrade Now. (ACP -> System -> Smart Community, is simply an advertisement to let you know about our new features 🙂 )

That is what he is referring to in his post. 🙂 Support is provided to our clients via email as well as through this forum. There is no separate ticket system.

That's the way I tried to do the update and I received the same errors in addition to the other issues i mentioned in the screen shots.
