Couple of us getting this today, nothing changed recently and the Help section linked doesnt really offer much either

As you're using CloudFlare, please ensure that you have enabled "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration.

Problem persists yet I have at times managed to enter AdminCP with multiple retry's, but it logs me out immediately I try to navigate beyond home page.

If you can’t get into the ACP, check out:

It shares how you can edit/create an entry in constants.php to work around this.

^ this would be your only way around it at present. It seems your IP is changing while you are in session and causing you issues
