A test installation has already been activated for this license key

Hello. I want to create a test board on a subdomain of my current board, but I keep getting this error:

A test installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one test installation only.

 

I have no other test installation. I might have had some long time ago, but none of them are online anymore. 

 

Can we use the test installation only once? Or is there any other way to maybe reset it?

It was actually set to the same as your main URL, so I have gone ahead and reset that for you.
