BAROTTA
how to install ip.downloads after purchasing and in a currently running site?
Marc
In order to install a new product, you would upload a fresh set of files from your client area. Once you have done that, you will see the downloads application available to install in Systenm->Site Features->Applications within your admin CP
BAROTTA
ip downloads throwing error -200 while uploading 3gb+ file we are using along with aws s3 is shared hosting a problem
Marc
It may be yes. You would need to check your server error log to see what that relates to there. -200 means that plupload is failing somewhere server side
BAROTTA
i think it maybe due to the cloudflare 100mb limit for http am i right? can i apply rule to bypass?
Marc
Yes, that would very much likely break things. You would need to speak to cloudflare on that. We cannot advise on how cloudflare works unfortunately
BAROTTA
where to find ip.downloads error log??
Marc
It's not a log for the downloads application you are looking for here. It's your server error logs where you will find the log of this error.
opentype
Maybe ask in the community help section or have the topic move there? I’m sure other there are many who deal with large files and also use Cloudflare and S3.
Randy Calvert
From Cloudflare’s KB: Quote Cloudflare limits the upload size (HTTP POST request size) per plan type: 100MB Free and Pro 200MB Business 500MB Enterprise by default. Contact Customer SupportOpen external link to request a limit increase. If you require a larger upload, group requests smaller than the upload thresholds or upload the full resource through an unproxied (grey-clouded) DNS record. That’s your options if using Cloudflare and need to support uploading large attachments.
