Is the analytics module in the ACP deprecated? Because I am missing a link to the analytics settings. Still can access via URL parameter

Not at all. Its simply moved to System>Site Features>Integrations

What about the still active ?app=core&module=promotion&controller=analytics options and the other providers, especially "custom"? 

Suggestion: 

searching for "Google Analytics" in the settings search should point towards "Integrations" 🙂

Any you had set up already would be in the new section. Analytics is shown as a search word, but not google analytics. I can add a bug report for that to get that added
