Just received the following on site:

Brief Downtime Event

Your community will experience a single, brief period of downtime this week. The exact timing is not known as this is a rolling update. There will be no data loss and most communities will see a downtime window of less than 10 minutes.

First of all thank you for the fair warning, not sure why this couldn't have been done Sunday. Not sure I like the "rolling" aspect of it, as a scheduled time would be optimal (nighttime hours at that, and not daylight hours).

I understand, I am at your mercy.

Unfortunately, doing it in the manner stated there is no always possible. It shouldnt be down too long 🙂

It is also an awfully wide window, "this week"?

Affected customers will see a notification. It may well be its simply not shown for you yet
