Help to upload a new version for using design theme

Hello, Dear community, 

I'm using the forum by self-hosting the Invision Community solution.

And I have worked on design customization using design themes.

However, If I download the A theme and try to upload it to the B theme, 500 Internal Server Error occurs as belows.

1. Clicked [Admin page > Appearance > Themes] menu

2. Upload a new version

3. 500 Internal Server Error

 

 

Is it related to upgrading to version 4.6.12.1? 

I used to use the theme upload function well before, but suddenly it doesn't work since upgrade version.

 

Can you let me know how to upload a new version?

You need to check your server error logs to see what the actual error is there first of all. Ensure also you are downloading from and uploading to the same version of the platform
