I had an issue logging in and registering on my new forum.  The problem was that my domain was not a secure connection. When I setup my package on my vps it was setup without an SSL certificate which usually gets installed on its own. First time I had that issue. Anyways I didn’t think that was the issue but after installing an SSL certificate the problem was solved.

I went ahead and wrote the problem I was having with the fix.
