darian4333 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Hello! I moved to another web server, i'm waiting now for my nameservers to update (all of them). I was following the official steps but i met a little problem, i'm stuck at step 3 point 2 because i can't find "Something isn't working correctly", i used this tool in the past but in 4.6.8 i can't find it, what should i do?
Solution Jim M Posted November 27, 2021 Solution Posted November 27, 2021 Sorry about that, the guide is slightly out of date. You’ll want to go to the Support dashboard in the ACP and then click Clear System Caches on the right-hand side. darian4333 and SeNioR- 1 1
Marc Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 I have added this to our update list too, so we can get that guide up to date darian4333 and SeNioR- 1 1

Just make note of the change in location of the link to clear your system cache (within the support section of the ACP). bern5 1
