Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
bEARS Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Hello, can someone tell me how I can enable "Recent Profile Visitors" by default? Whenever someone registers, the "Recent Profile Visitors" block is disabled by default. I searched through every setting, but wasn't able to fix this. I'd appreciate if anyone can help me. Thanks!

WebCMS Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Not sure what the point is in hiding solutions to issues. Here it says: "Sorry, we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it." Thoughts?

Robert Angle Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Nice plugin. All of those can be enabled by default with the AdminCP with the exception of the Recent Visitors Block. I've just been enabling manually whenever I come across it, lol.
Michael Collins Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 @Adriano Faria thanks for the link to the plugin. We needed the same thing for the signature viewing default option. Do you have or know of a way to bulk update the preferences for users that have already been created?

Nope, you'll have to run a query in your database or hire someone to make a quick app to loop through your member's table and change the value. Let me know if you want me to make it for you.
Michael Collins Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 Ok, that's a shame, thank you for the offer, I'll have a think and get in touch.

There's a topic somewhere here on IPS with a manual query. I tried to find but I couldn't... try it. Keyword: view_sigs. Michael Collins 1
