Maxthon Community Manager Posted June 10, 2021 Posted June 10, 2021 (edited) We tried to upgrade but the ranks restored to defaults, so we hope to back to the previous version. Edited June 10, 2021 by Maxthon Community Manager
Nathan Explosion Posted June 10, 2021 Posted June 10, 2021 (edited) Restore the backup of your site's files and database, which you hopefully performed before doing the upgrade. If you are IPS hosted, log a ticket with support to find out if it is possible to rollback (doubt it) Edited June 10, 2021 by Nathan Explosion

We clicked the upgrade button before we backed up the database, so we cannot back to the previous version... And we got the following error message: mysql> ALTER TABLE `ips_core_members` DROP COLUMN `badge_count`; ERROR 1091 (42000): Can't DROP 'badge_count'; check that column/key exists Currently, our admin CP cannot be accessed, it is 504 now😥

If you mean database, then you've already indicated that 22 hours ago, Daniel F said: We clicked the upgrade button before we backed up the database, so we cannot back to the previous version So the database is already in the process of the upgrade being performed. The only way you can revert back is by: 1) Restoring the files to a state prior to the beginning of the download of the new package 2) Restoring the database to a state prior to the beginning of the upgrade If you are not in a position to do that then you either: 1) Work with support to figure it out or 2) continue upgrading and accept the effects.
