Hope this thread is not too cold. Same problem. Started updating, it was going well, and now I keep getting the same message. Thoughts? Thanks.

Open a ticket. Probably what Stuart shared above. If you have missed a renewal payment for something on Marketplace with a renewal fee, it shows you that non-helpful message and fixing it involves asking support for help in the Client Area.

Thanks Paul. Fixed itself. About ten minutes... Note that many of the apps were past due (not really past due, but I had left the community frozen in time about a year ago). I expected to be automatically charged as I was updating. Anyway, for now, it seems to be updating. If it blocks again, I'll open a ticket. Thanks again.
