Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
W.W.W Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 when trying to install an update, anyone else getting this?
Stuart Silvester Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 I have generated a new renewal invoice for you (for Links Directory). After you pay that, you'll be able to upgrade. We're working on improving this flow in a future release.
Giray Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 (edited) Hope this thread is not too cold. Same problem. Started updating, it was going well, and now I keep getting the same message. Thoughts? Thanks. Edited March 3, 2021 by Giray
CoffeeCake Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Open a ticket. Probably what Stuart shared above. If you have missed a renewal payment for something on Marketplace with a renewal fee, it shows you that non-helpful message and fixing it involves asking support for help in the Client Area.
Giray Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Thanks Paul. Fixed itself. About ten minutes... Note that many of the apps were past due (not really past due, but I had left the community frozen in time about a year ago). I expected to be automatically charged as I was updating. Anyway, for now, it seems to be updating. If it blocks again, I'll open a ticket. Thanks again.
