Posted November 5, 20204 yr Finally made the jump to 4.5 this morning but now I can't sign into Marketplace in the ACP which seems to be the only way to get plugins and themes now. I tried on two different browsers - Firefox and Safari. Still getting the same error. I have in a support ticket but no response on it. Anyone else have this issue and a solution?
November 5, 20204 yr Sounds stupid but are you using the email and password that you use to log into the Client area with?
November 5, 20204 yr I ran into this issue earlier today. In my case, I had logged in to the marketplace with the forum admin account, then attempted to do so with my personal account. Once I disconnected my invisioncommunity account from the forum admin account, I was able to connect it to my personal account without issue. Not sure if this case applies to you but I thought it'd be worth sharing.
November 6, 20204 yr Author Thanks for the responses. IPS Techs got it resolved. We needed to unblock an ip.
