  1. I don't know that yet, I quickly made something myself with CSS.
  2. I like it, you can login and show unread content from the main site again too 👍 How about making the search a little smaller in future versions? It's only a button nowadays anyway. This is how I usually edit it, makes the look a little bit cleaner ...
  3. Or just click here ... https://invisioncommunity.com/showcase/
  4. Well done. I also like the clean navigation.
  5. Maybe this? https://invision-market.com/apps/admin/software-marketplace-r293/
  6. If you only want to display part of an article, simply work with two editor fields. It doesn't matter which category they are in.
  7. You can set custom permissions when you edit a category.
  8. Simply create custom blocks.
  9. Would be cool to start translating.
  10. Not really. Instead of the old Marketplace, just visit the new one.
  11. In business since 2006 and currently working primarily with Invision Community and WordPress. Among other things, I am a founding member of a german language support site for Invision Community since its launch in 2020. During my career I have been involved in many projects of different kinds, from video streaming to online gaming to large image gallery sites, so much more than just internet forums. Sounds interesting? If you want to know more, feel free to contact me directly.
  12. Wrong, you don't need an own shop (not even own forum for support). You can use a third party service, FetchApp or DPD for example. You post your application in the new Marketplace just like now, but instead uploading a file you post a link to the file you have uploaded there. They handle all the rest, payments etc. and for support you use the forums of the new MP. One of the biggest XF developers is using it for years.
  13. I think this is the best decision IPS has made in years. The only thing customers will lose is some comfort, but the bottom line is that it is the best for all. What you are suggesting is that developers have to release 2 versions. Means a lot more work and then have to pay to release a free version. Why should someone do that? I promise you nothing will be lost, there will be even more. More applications, more translations... more freedom. Not on this website, just on another one.
  14. Maybe for most people, but that doesn't change the fact that if you want to have more than the limited basic features you have to pay. PS: I'm a gamer and use it every day, so I know what I'm talking about too.
  15. Discord isn't as free as you think, for the cool stuff you have to pay too
  16. Why a PM? A simple yes or no would be nice. Also this could be interesting for other customers too.
  17. Talking about the cloud and please correct me if I'm wrong but in the past there were afaik no guidelines what kind of communities are allowed on that hosting. I mean are NSFW sites allowed? In the app they were not for example.
  18. Exactly that's the point that breaks most users neck.
  19. Sounds good, but if customers leave and addon sales drop, free licenses won't keep devs here.
  20. The higher prices will have a big impact on the Marketplace too. - Many ppl will leave IPS -> less sales in the MP. - The ones that don't leave won't invest as much as before in addons. - Less addon sales will make devs switch to other platforms. - Less and bad supported addons will frighten new customers (that and the high prices for the basic backage of course).
