Does IPS 4.4.x have the feature of Topic Multi-Moderation? The kind of TMM I am talking about is being able to select pre-defined post replies and post automatically.

For forum topics, it does indeed!

(Note the "Radical Tags" options are from my third-party application and not part of the core software, but everything else is a core option)
