Friendly reminder - PHP 5.6 EOL in a month

Starting 2019, anyone that cares about their site security and are still using the very old php 5.6, should migrate to php 7.2.

PHP 7.3 GA was released today.

Already testing it and working 100% fine with IPS so far.

PS: After cleaning the cache, site is not working correctly with PHP 7.3. You guys are warned.

Imageproxy was not working. Basically it was showing the broken images.

I cleaned the cache to check if it could fix the imageproxy and all links (enter a forum, a topic, Activities, etc etc) stopped working after that with the following message:

I cleaned the cache 2 or 3 more times, and it did not fixed the issue.

I reverted back to PHP 7.2, and only after cleaning the cache again with php 7.2, the issue was fully fixed.

 

I'd recommend submitting a ticket so we can take a look.
