Car Specs and Comparison needed

I need a developer for making car specs and comparison module/plugin/custom edits with IP Pages.

I wish to build car specs pages with IP Pages and http://www.carqueryapi.com/ offers an api for pulling all car fields data and populate all the fields.

There is one WordPress theme in which you can pull all car fields data and save the WP pages in seconds: https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-listings/

Once the car spec page is created, I need decent presentability for front-end as stock IP Pages front-end is not very nice.

Then I need an interface where anyone can compare up to 4 car specs.
