Issues with re-accepting new Privacy Terms?

As I am changing my terms today, I want to ask, do you have any issues with the feature to confirm the new terms with 4.3.3.?

I am trying it on my test board, I change the terms, I enable the option that members needs to reconfirm and what happens is...absolutely nothing. I am able to access the site with two accounts, without accepting new terms just fine. Am I missing something in the way this feature needs to be enabled?

The cookie bar also immediately disappears after the website is loaded. All third party apps are disabled. 

Obviously I don't want to do that on my live board just yet, because I don't have trials there, I don't want to force my users to accept 10 times, while I am troubleshooting possible bug.

That's funny.  Over the weekend I just updated my terms too and required members to reconfirm, and I was just thinking about how annoying it was to confirm the new terms on every account I have.  

No issues from me.

I see that it works now. Probably issues with reindexing, recaching, etc. as I just upgraded the test board to 4.3.3.
