Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SecondSight Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Hello ! Is it normal that when I write a club's description, it's not possible to write in bold or include images, or make paragraphs ? Is there a setting for this ? Thank you !
Adriano Faria Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 No, no setting and yes, that's how they did: using a textarea (plain text) and not the editor (rich text format).
opentype Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 It’s standard across the suite to have these short, unstyled description fields. Everything else could break all the index views. But you can add custom fields yourself and choose the field type. They will show on the club homepage, but not on the club directory I think.

SecondSight Posted January 26, 2018 Author Posted January 26, 2018 Thank you ! I've found it and added a textfield which allows a description with at least the possibility to make paragraphs. But is it possible to create a textfield which allows upload of a file (image), something working just like the editor on the board ? Thank you !

Like an 'Editor' entry in the list of field types instead of 'Text Area'?
